Also, I have worked in childcare for over 15 years and I wish I could start a daycare or special needs school in my area because my son and so many others have no school in the area where they can go. Public schools just are not what they need. I live in Kentucky where there are no such schools that exist. |

I am the proud mother of my 11 year old autistic child and I also just found out my 18 month old son is also autistic and I want to help as many people as I can because 10 years ago I was totally lost when I found out my son was autistic. If I hadn't had support and help, he wouldn't be where he is today. He is 90% cured in my opinion! I'm just starting on my little one-he's on the diet now and starting therapy. |

He progressed wonderfully until he received his MMR and chickenpox shots. He totally regressed and lost all speech and started to stim. |

I want to show moms that there is hope in autism. Biomedical saved my son! But I had to learn the hard way that therapy is only as effective as the health of the child at that time! Treating these children medically should be your first step, along with home therapies. Most importantly, your gonna have bad days or go through regressions as you try to heal your child.... no one said that cleaning out children out would be easy! Just remember they are children first and you are their HOPE! You should strive to become your own hero!!!!!And had it not been for other moms just like me, who paved the way for this new generation of moms healing their children.... I would have been lost! We are our own chain of support! |
